SUMMARY:Alumni Chennai Chapter Meet 2023
DESCRIPTION:The Alumni Association of Sri Ramakrishna Polytechnic College organized “Alumni Chennai Chapter MEET 2023”- a program to facilitate\, consolidate\, and coordinate Alumni Activities at Clarion Hotel President on 12th March 2023. The Alumni meet is conducted to reconnect with the Alumni and celebrate their success and various achievements. The meeting started with a welcome address by the Alumni Mr.  Shri Hari (DME-2002)\, Manager\, Hyundai Motor India Limited\, Chennai. The meeting was graced by the Patron of the SRPTC Alumni Association Dr. R. N.Uma. They had a nice interaction with the faculty and some of them shared their views along with some motivational talks. \nA vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Karthick (DME-2011)\, HR\, Rialto Enterprises Pvt Ltd\, Chennai. He thanked the organizing committee and alumni members for their support. He also thanked the management for their support and guidance. Vice Principal Dr. D. Gopalakrishnan\, Heads of Various Departments\, and Senior Faculty members were present during the Event. The meeting concluded with a Network Lunch.

SUMMARY:International Women’s Day
DESCRIPTION:International Women’s Day is celebrated across the globe on the 8th March of every year. The Day commemorates the noteworthy social\, economic\, cultural\, and political accomplishments of women. On the eve of this significant day\, a seminar titled “Accelerating Progress towards a Sustainable Future” was conducted. Principal Dr.R.N.Uma welcomed the gathering. The resource person was Dr.G.P.Godhanavalli\, Students & Family Counsellor\, Coimbatore\, and Govt. of Tamil Nadu Outstanding Social Worker Awardee – 2020. She emphasized the significance of education\, stressing the need for girls to receive a quality education to pave the way for a successful career and a sustainable future. \nDistinguished female alumni from our Institution have been honored with shields in recognition of their outstanding achievements.  Ms.Swathi Swaminathan from ECE is working as a Senior Scientific Design Engineer in the Central Government sector. Ms.Sivaranjani Kishore from ECE is working as a Trade Customs and Compliance Specialist at Cameron Manufacturing\, a Schlumberger Company. Ms.Madhumithaa.V from the Civil department is working as a BIM Engineer at CADS Software India Pvt Ltd\, Coimbatore.  Ms.V.Swarnalatha from ECE is working as production manager at Versa Drives Pvt Ltd\, Coimbatore. Ms.R S Ramya from the Computer Engineering department is working as an Assistant Professor(Sr.G) at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College. Ms.Monisha Anand from Electrical Engineering is an entrepreneur and a proprietor at SRI industry – Nepal. They reminisced about their experiences at this institution and reflected on the pivotal role it played in shaping their careers. Mrs. Devaki\, in charge of\, the Women Development Cell proposed the vote of thanks. The event was organized and coordinated by Mrs. S. Devaki\, in charge\, of the Women Development Cell\, Mrs.N.Usha Nandhin\, and Mrs. V. Niranjana Devi in charge of the Internal Complaints Committee.

DESCRIPTION:Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology (SRIT) is one of the prestigious institutions under\nSNR Sons Charitable Trust\, Coimbatore. The Alumni Association of SRIT Inaugurated its UAE\nchapter at Crown Plaza\, Dubai on 29.10.2023. The Joint Managing Trustee of SNR Sons\nCharitable Trust Mr. R. Sundar was the chief guest of the function and inaugurated the UAE\nChapter. \nThe Principal of SRIT Dr. M. Paulraj presided over the function. Mr. R. Hariharan\, an alumnus\nof SRIT delivered the welcome address. On behalf of the UAE Chapter of SRIT Alumni\nAssociation\, Mr. Dinesh assured to provide employment opportunities to the students who are\ncurrently pursuing their final year of study at SRIT. Mr. R. Sundar\, Joint Managing Trustee\ndelivered the keynote address in appreciation of the gratitude of the alumni members. \nMore than 50 alumni from the United Arab Emirates participated in the event with their\nfamilies and shared their college experiences and memories. Later\, a memento was presented\nto Mr. R. Sundar on behalf of the Alumni Association.
